When and how to use?

1-3 scoops a day: in the morning (on an empty stomach), before bedtime or otherwise after consulting a doctor. The powder can be taken directly into the mouth and washed down with water or mixed with a small amount of liquid or yogurt. Do not pour into hot liquids.
