• 4 lb premium grilling steaks (striploin, ribeye/prime rib or tenderloins)
• 2 sirloin steak or 2 pack sirloin stir-fry stips
• 12 lb specialty steaks

Large (approx. 40 lb)

• 8 lb premium grilling steaks (striploin, ribeye/prime rib or tenderloins)
