This Pinot Gris fruit was picked in small parcels at differing levels of ripeness to produce a wine with fine structure and lifted fruit aromas. Hand picked and whole bunch pressed, before undertaking partial barrel fermentation in older barriques to develop textural and savoury elements. A textural and full flavoured Pinot Gris with aromas of nashi pear, honeysuckle and subtle bakers spice followed by mouth watering sweet, white stone fruit and citrus with a plush mid-palate and textural complexity to balance the finish.

Enjoy this wine with seafood or white meats, a great match with the classic roast chicken.
