Ingredients:  Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, black cumin seed extract (Nigella sativa), capsule (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Directions for use:  Adults, take 2 capsules once a day, during a meal, drinking plenty of water.
