The D1835 DustBuddie by Dustless Technologies is your solution to dust storms created when grinding concrete. A universal, pivoting mount allows it to attach to nearly any 4"-5" grinder and contours to your grinding movements. Bristles along the bottom create a seal for maximum suction. For grinding close to walls, the front is removable to allow for close work. An included 18 inch hose provides adaptation to most standard wet/dry vacuums. Works best and complies with EPA laws and OSHA guilelines when used with a Dustless Technologies D1606 Wet/Dry Vacuum. With its brush skirt, adjustable height, and removable front lip, the DustBuddie performs smoothly and accurately.

Fits Most Grinders
The DustBuddie Dust Shroud fits most four-to-five-inch hand grinders, including Makita, Bosch, DeWalt, and more. Three adjustable spring screws control the height of the DustBuddie, so you can quickly accommodate different grinding wheels and discs. Simply remove the existing guard from the grinder, slip on the DustBuddie, tighten the band clamp, adjust the height, and you're ready to start your work.

Efficient and Accurate Grinding
The DustBuddie Dust Shroud is designed to make your work easier and more manageable. Made of durable, clear polycarbonate for visibility, the shroud rides on a spring cushion, keeping the grinder flat so that dust won't escape. A short brush skirt improves lateral motion for grinding on uneven or textured surfaces.

For further convenience, the shroud's front lip slides out so you can use the device against a wall. The front lip will easily snap back into place for a quick return to work. And if you're performing tuck pointing, decorative concrete cutting, or crack chasing, you can add an optional cover plate to help get the job done.
