Installation Instructions

Step 1: Clean the Surface
Thoroughly clean the area using a strong grease remover like TSP (Tri-Sodium Phosphate). The surface should be smooth, dry, and free of dust or debris for optimal adhesion.
Tip: If the wall was recently painted, wait at least three weeks to allow the paint to fully cure before applying the tiles.

Step 2: Plan & Cut
Mark the layout on your wall using a pencil and ruler. Use a box cutter and a metal ruler with a cork backing for clean, accurate cuts.

Step 3: Peel & Stick
Gently peel back part of the protective backing—avoid touching the adhesive to maintain its strength. Lightly press the tile in place according to your guide. Once aligned, remove the remaining backing and press firmly using a plastic smoother, especially over grout lines and recessed areas.
Tip: The adhesive typically cures fully within 48 hours. Re-press the grout lines after 24 hours to enhance adhesion.

Step 4: Finish & Enjoy
Repeat the process to complete your wall with a clean, seamless appearance.

Recommended Surfaces:
These tiles adhere best to smooth and clean surfaces such as:

Avoid applying tiles to the following:

• Greasy or oily walls

• Unpainted plywood

Note:
If the wall surface is unsuitable or if additional adhesion is needed, we recommend using 3M Purpose 45 Spray Adhesive to ensure the best possible bond.
