The R4 QB & WR fundamentals course consists of 5 modules that cover how teach the primary footwork fundamentals for QB & WR.  Each fundamental is organized within the R4 framework and coded with a common language. Each course module will cover the following topics:

• The fundamental non-negotiables of under center & gun drops
• Revealing the relationships with under center and gun drops
• Applying the proper drop to routes, concepts & situations
• The fundamental non-negotiables of gap escapes
• Revealing the relationships with gap escape families 
• Applying the proper escape with different pressure situations
• Defining the 5 key positions of WR stance
• Understand how improper stance effect time & space
• Diagnose stance & start fundamentals that maximize explosive start 
• Identify defensive weapons that delay & disrupt route timing
• Revealing relationships between WR release families
• Applying release strategies against defensive accelerator actions
