Scope of Warranty: Franz Joseph Schütte GmbH warrants proper material quality and workmanship in accordance with the intended purpose, as well as professional installation, tightness, and function. The following are not covered by the warranty: · Damage due to improper installation, improper application, and improper use. · Damage due to external influences such as fire, water, and chemical influences. · Mechanical damage caused by accidents, falls, or other impacts. · Negligence or intentional destruction. · Normal wear and tear or poor maintenance. · Damage due to repairs by an unauthorized person. · Improper handling, insufficient maintenance, and the use of unsuitable cleaning agents. · Chemical or mechanical influences during transport, storage, connection, repairs, and use of the product. 2. Warranty: The warranty service includes, at our discretion, free repairs or free delivery of replacement parts or a product of the same quality upon return of the defective part or product. If the model in question is no longer produced, we reserve the right to select a replacement product from our range that is most similar to the returned model. Replaced products and parts become our property. Upon returning the product, the purchaser bears the costs and risks of transport. Submitting a Warranty Claim The warranty claim must be submitted to Franz Joseph Schütte GmbH within the warranty period, along with the original proof of purchase. The warranty is only valid in the country where the crane was purchased. 4. Warranty Period The warranty period is always the period stated on the label or packaging of each individual product. If no specific warranty is stated for a specific product, the warranty period is always two years from the date of purchase, with the date on the proof of purchase being binding. For all non-high-gloss chrome surfaces, such as bronzed or colored surfaces, the warranty period is one year from the date of purchase, regardless of what is stated on the packaging label. The date on the proof of purchase is also binding. The warranty period for the faucet will not be extended or renewed through warranty services. 5. German law applies to this warranty, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). This warranty card is only valid in conjunction with the original proof of purchase.
