黄金桂 (Huang Jin Gui) is a premium oolong tea from Anxi, Fujian, known for its golden-yellow infusion, floral fragrance, and smooth taste. Its name translates to "Golden Osmanthus", referring to its naturally sweet osmanthus-like aroma, even though no flowers are added during processing. This tea is lightly oxidized, making it closer in taste to Tie Guan Yin, but with a more delicate and floral profile.
