Its name translates to "Golden Osmanthus", referring to its naturally sweet osmanthus-like aroma, even though no flowers are added during processing. This tea is lightly oxidized, making it closer in taste to Tie Guan Yin, but with a more delicate and floral profile.

1. Tea-to-Water Ratio: 3g per 250ml (8oz) of water

2. Water Temperature: 90°C (194°F)

3. Steeping Time: 2–3 minutes

4. Number of Infusions: 2–3 times, adjusting steeping time for preference
