I’m Jess Williams, a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Certified Pet Health Coach, and the founder of Roots & Paws Sanctuary and Jasper Jo Co (nonprofit). My work is shaped by two defining experiences: losing my soul dog Jasper with no answers as to why, and navigating a breast cancer diagnosis at 37. After years of helping humans heal through functional labs and root-cause lifestyle shifts, I felt called to extend that same support to the animals we love. Today, I’m building a regenerative sanctuary where soil, animals, and people can heal together, and I guide families in understanding what their bodies, and their dogs’ bodies, are truly asking for.
