This warranty category encompasses all timepieces limited to more complex complications, including annual and perpetual calendars. High horology watches, as well as vintage watches (defined as 1990 or older), are included in this tier.

The warranty period commences on the date of the watch's purchase.

Coverage Includes:

• Insured shipping to and from the repair facility

Exclusions from Coverage:

• Water damage

• Impact damage to the case or movement

• Damage to the crystal

*Should the watch be covered by a factory warranty, repairs will be conducted by the manufacturer. Our watches are held to a standard of +/- 10 seconds per day (the timekeeping standards may vary for some vintage watches). Eligibility for a warranty repair may be granted if the watch deviates from these specifications.
