When I met my husband, a new culinary world opened up to me: the fascinating, flavor-rich cuisine of India - more precisely: the cuisine of Punjab. What began as a loving attempt to recreate his favorite dishes became a real passion. I learned from my mother-in-law, my sister-in-law and above all through many visits to India what makes traditional North Indian cuisine so special - and how to prepare it with dedication and feeling.

This book is more than just a collection of recipes. It tells the story of a personal journey full of taste, learning and culture. From spicy curries to homemade paneer and fragrant masalas, each dish brings a piece of India into your kitchen.
