Deep dark red black colour with a bright dark red hue.

Lively red currant and red cherry scents greet the nostrils with infusions of fresh herbs, subtle earthy tobacco and spice ensuing. Delicious spicy red cherry and red currant fruits meld into a back drop of earth, subtle dried herbs and light tobacco.

Bright acidity in combination with slightly chalky tannins creatin a rustic feel. Concludes long and savoury with an abundance of red fruit and spice.

This wine goes well with beef, lamb, game, mushrooms, mature and hard cheese. Drink over the next 3-4 years.
