Theanine is a unique amino acid found naturally in tea (Camellia sinensis). Theanine promotes relaxation, maintaining alertness and promotes healthy cognitive function. Theanine may also support healthy vascular function through this relaxing effect.

This product has twice the amount of L-theanine (200 mg per capsule) than our regular strength product (100 mg per capsule).

Ingredients (other):  hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide.

The production process does not use any ingredients derived from wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans or tree nuts. Manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility that processes ingredients of other products containing these allergens.

How to use:  Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times a day, preferably on an empty stomach.  Note:  For adults only. Natural color variation may occur in this product. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry, cool place. Dietary supplements should be stored out of the reach of small children.
