FERMENTATION PROTOCOL
Fermented at 25° C, in open French & Amercian Oak barrels for 10/15 days and final aging is done in stainless steel tanks.

Alcohol: 12.8 Acidity: 4.5 pH: 3.50

TASTING NOTES
A bright red with aromas of Indian Spices like black pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg with hint of vanilla. A palette of delicious ripe black fruit like plum and cherries with medium definition. A modern blend with elegant and soft tannins, round with a pleasant rich finish note.
