Our Cascade Hats are made from Polartec® Mirco Grid fleece. We use two layers of this cozy material to make a medium weight hat that is warm, light and packable. They make excellent hats for cool weather camping, backpacking and athletics, and fit well under a helmet. They are also available in baby sizes.

Note that you can choose between our fixed or rolled band options. The fixed band is sewn in place and is two layers thick. This is the better choice for a hat to go under a helmet, or for those who like the look of a slim band over the ears - it cannot be adjusted. Alternatively, the rolled band is four layers thick and adjustable. This is the better option if you like more warmth over the ears, like to change the depth of the hat, or like the look of a thicker band.
