Effects of this medicine
・This medicine inhibits enzymes called as Janus kinase to suppress the actions of factors involved in immuno/inflammatory actions such as lymphocyte activity and thus to suppress inflammation.
・It is usually used to treat atopic dermatitis.
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
・In general, for adults, apply an appropriate amount of this medicine to the affected area twice a day. A single dose should not exceed 5 g at a time. In general, for children, apply an appropriate amount of 0.25% formulation to the affected area twice a day.
・Depending on symptoms, apply an appropriate amount of this medicine (0.5% formulation) to the affected area twice a day. The applied dose should not exceed 5 g at a time. For children, the dose may be adjusted according to the physique. In any case, strictly follow the instructions.
・If the symptoms do not improve after 4 weeks of treatment with this medicine, consult with your doctor.
・For children, this medicine may be replaced with a 0.25% formulation when the symptoms improve. Follow the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist.
・Apply by avoiding skin infected area.
・Do not apply to mucosa, injured skin or eroded area.
・If this medicine gets into your eyes by any chance, wash out with water immediately.
・If you miss a dose, apply the missed dose when you remember. You should not apply two doses at one time.

・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines or foods.
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Storage conditions and other information
・Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
