Additionally Terminalia bellirica contributes to the proper functioning of the liver and the maintenance of normal cholesterol and glucose levels in the blood. It helps keep the gastrointestinal tract free from parasites. Terminalia chebula has a beneficial effect on intestinal transit and thus helps to maintain regularity of the stool. Emblica of cinalis contributes to the maintenance of well-being.
