Stauning HØST is a smooth, fruit-forward, and floral whisky. This double malt whisky is crafted in Denmark with a marriage of single malt and malted rye whisky, aged in American oak casks and with a touch of Port wood. A distinctly Danish approach to whisky: designed with intentionality, simplicity, sustainability, and timeless style.

Using 100% floor-malted local Danish rye and barley, we craft a timeless whisky style distinguished by its profound depth of flavour and quality. Double distilled in 24 small, direct-fired copper pot stills to produce a smooth malt whisky with a rich flavour.

And now, HØST is presented in our new design. Crafted to reflect both Danish elegance and environmental responsibility, this new look carries the same beloved liquid, but in a form that brings out the beauty of the whisky inside and uses less glass. A natural next step in our commitment to sustainability.
