The Impulse AQ is designed for challenging beach environments where saltwater, wet sand, and black sand can make many detectors unstable. Its Pulse Induction platform helps ignore mineralization that commonly affects VLF detectors, making it a strong choice for serious beach hunters.
Adjustable Pulse Delay
The adjustable pulse delay range of 7–11.5 μs lets experienced users tune the detector for small gold sensitivity or larger, deeper targets. This level of control is especially useful when hunting beaches with changing sand, mineralization, and target conditions.
Four Operating Modes
The Impulse AQ gives you four specialized operating modes: All Metal, Tone, Mute, and Volcanic Sand. These modes help you adapt to different beach conditions, from maximum depth searching to difficult volcanic or mineralized sand.
Iron and Ground Rejection Controls
