WAR-LOK MASTER KEY

WAR-LOK has the ability to key locks alike or different and to a master key. These key purchases must be approved by a manager. Upon approval, customers have the ability to purchase future locks that can be keyed to their master. Replacement keys are available, provided approval has been granted.

When To Purchase

To cut a master key, it must be ordered before or at the time of a lock order. Locks purchased in the future can be applied to your master; simply state needs at Checkout. A master key can be re-ordered at a later date for the list price.

All master key orders will be processed by a manager. As a measure to protect our customers, WAR-LOK will reserve the right to deny any master key orders that do not meet our security standards. You will be notified if your request is denied, and your master key purchase will be refunded. At that time, if applicable, we will proceed with processing the remaining items of your order unless directed otherwise.

Additionally, our keys are cut at our WAR-LOK Assembly Shop, located in Dallas, Texas, USA.

Lock Maintenance

WAR-LOK recommends that our locks receive a spray of Slick 50 One Lube every ninety days to keep the key mechanism working properly and protect the lock from damage caused by road salt and dirt. One Lube is an aerosol spray lubricant that will not turn into a gritty powder when dry, like other lubricants. This non-stick benefit is extremely important for our rotating disk locking system.

 Return Policy

You may return your purchased products within 30 days from the ship date for a full refund or exchange. WAR-LOK will cover additional shipping costs to correct any mistakes it has made in fulfilling an order.

In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase, returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
