Finally a 60cc piston kit for the 2009 - 2023 KTM / Husqvarna 50’s Nihilo Concepts teamed up with Wiseco the leader in Piston manufacturing to develop the KTM/Husqvarna 60cc kit. Up until now there was no way to easily turn your 2009-2023 KTM/Husqvarna 50 into a 60cc big bore. We all remember the 60cc kits for the old style motor but they didn’t work in the 2009 and newer motors. It was possible to do the conversion but that involved splitting the cases and doing case modifications. The new Nihilo / Wiseco piston kit is sized perfectly and will fit right in without cutting the cases. You will need Nihilo to bore and re-chrome your cylinder to the new 43.5mm size but once that's done it’s a simple matter of installing the new top end kit like you would a stock piston. The kit uses the stock wrist pin bearing and comes complete with Piston, Ring, Clips and Wrist Pin. 

The Complete 60cc Kit includes the following:

• Bored/Replated Cylinder (this is a new cylinder that has been bored and rechromed) 
• NFMF60 Big Bore Pipe & Silencer 
• Nihilo billet head 
• 60cc Piston (N11535M04350)
• Nihilo deck tool (60 cc)

Suggested Jetting Specs/parts :

• 92 Main Jet 60 Pilot Jet 
• Nihilo Concepts Gasket Kit
• 21mm PHBG Carburetor (This is the new PHBG with screw on cap)

Only need the piston? No problem, just choose the PISTON ONLY option in the drop down menu and you can order it separately.
