This is a great size for a professional busy kitchen as well as a busy commercial one - this is incredible manufacture from Villedieu Le Poeles.

This sits well on a gas stove as it has a slightly rounded bottom - it does not sit flat on a flat surface.

It is 1.8mm copper and over 14 1/8 inches across 36cm!

There are some signs of wear and use, this pan is lovely and very heavy. There are minor leading edge dents, it has a slightly rounded bottom. This has all genuine wear on a fabulous heritage pan.

It weighs 6.067 kilos 13 lbs 6 ozs for one pan!

The pan measures 36 cm across 14 1/8 inches across, it is 17.5cm or 6 7/8 inches high and from handle to far edge it is 71cm or 28 inches, it is made from 1.8mm copper.

This pan has surface scratches, few deeper scratches from use and storage. There is a rounded bottom and a minor trailing edge dent.

This has been re-tinned and given a brand new shine. It has been refurbished to retain it's heritage but also to ensure it's future.

This pan will become indispensable.
