This Bubble Tea Cake is made with fluffy clouds of chiffon sponge layered with fresh cream. The sponge base is then rested on top of our bubble tea containers and enveloped with our low sugar, less sweet buttercream. This combination of 2 types of creams along with the bounce of our chiffon sponge, provides a smooth texture and balance of flavours.
