Time Expired, giclee reproduction from original watercolor (1990) by Paul J Sweany. This is one of the artist's statement pieces (he was a life-long environmentalist). Paul was in Florida for an art show and went to one of his favorite beaches from when he and his wife lived there in 1951, but the beach had become littered with garbage and debris. As he stood there saddened, looking at the waste, he noticed all the parking meters at the beach read, "Time Expired." 14x11" image (unframed) printed on high quality textured art paper.
