M4A2 Sherman Tank HO scale plastic model kit.  The M4A2 used a diesel engine power plant and was primarily used by the USMC and the Soviet Union.  The US Army did use them in training in the USA and a few were used in combat after there were shortages of gasoline powered Shermans.  Over 8,000 were manufactured by Fisher Tank Arsenal, Pullman-Standard Car Company, American Locomotive Co., Baldwin Locomotive Works, and Federal Machine and Welder Co. between April 1942 and May 1944.  This narrow mantlet version is an early production tank and has a 75mm main gun.  This easy to assemble model comes with the Heiser detail accessory sprue with machine guns, gas cans and over 30 other detail parts and accessories.
