Shiloh wines are produced in the heart of ancient vineyards in the Land of Israel. This wine was made solely with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested by hand from Shiloh's selected vineyards. Aging in French oak barrels for 15 months adds complexity and elegance. Aromas that evoke fresh black fruit, and cassis notes are delicately balanced with scents of vanilla. The palate echoes raspberry, blueberry and plums, and richness in tannins gives it a long and pleasant finish. To keep its outstanding quality, this wine is non-filtered and sediments might appear.
