Building on the legacy of our first HA (High Aspect) Foils, which launched in 2021, the brand new HA range offers an unparalleled combination of rippability, easy pumping, and endless glide that expands the potential of advanced to expert surf, downwind, and Wing foilers. Seven sizes—580, 680, 780, 880, 980, 1080, 1180cm²—offer a whole host of options. The new HA series is the essence of foiling.

A newly developed profile cut, a new outline, and a new profile give the HA series the remarkable ability to carve beautiful lines while staying high in the pump power zone to achieve maximum wave riding potential. The profile cross-section is gradually adjusted across the entire span (evolutionary cross-section) to increase gliding efficiency and consistent lift at different angles of attack and flight speeds. For those already riding the previous generation of the Armstrong HA series, we recommend reducing the foil size by one, e.g., switching from the older HA925 to the new HA880, to maintain the familiar pumpability with a significant increase in performance.

The HA series benefits from two years of research with a leading CFD team. These Foils turn beautifully, and their cross-section is optimized to ride with the wave and allow for smooth transitions between wave lines. Excellent buoyancy means riders can drop a whole size from their previous HA-Foils to improve carving and speed range while maintaining easy low end.
