Kurzfassung: In dieser Dissertation wird ein neuentwickelter Fertigungsansatz für die Realisierung anisotroper magnetoresistiver (AMR) Sensoren vorgestellt. Die AMR-Sensoren werden auf einem metallischen Substrat, das nach der dünnfilmtechnischen Fertigung umgeformt wird, realisiert. Durch diese Vorgehensweise soll eine erhöhte Integrationsfähigkeit von Sensoren in technischen Systemen erreicht werden. Der Funktionsnachweis der Sensoren wird beispielhaft anhand eines Messaufbaus zur Positionsmessung eines Magneten im dreidimensionalen Raum erbracht.
