Pilla and Zeiss have developed a very specific technology to help people with red-green color blindness. The technology uses the same glass design as our CGR science, but manipulates the color-enhancing filter to maximize performance for those with red-green color blindness. The high light intensity glass works in conjunction with the low light intensity glass to provide a 2-lens system that can be used in full sun to medium light and medium to low light. This technology has a rich, elevated target in the orange part of the spectrum while also boosting the red to allow for visual registration.
