Garment Details:  The Celestial Maxi Dress is our super-femme space age gown. Strong lines and careful shaping give this dress major volume and elegant fit. The Celestial comes with length options from maxi to top lengths. It can be made in most woven fabrics. Perfect for getting married on Mars or becoming your favourite no-fuss dress.

Sizing: This is a multi-sized pattern Australian sizes 6-26. Sizing chart can be found here.

The Celestial is a loose fit and the sleeves don't wrap over the shoulder so you can have a narrow or broad shoulders without any issues. Waist measurements, well you could be nine months pregnant and be comfortable.

The key area to getting the fit right on this dress is the yoke line. Which is above the bust.

Fabric Suggestions: All wovens excluding super-heavy weight thick fabrics. Crisper fabrics will enhance the garment shapes, making the skirt hem appear wider. Lighter fabrics will provide drape, movement and a softer sleeve.

Midi = 270 cm • 107"
Mini = 220 cm • 87"
Tunic = 205 cm • 81"

Trims required: Matching thread, needles suitable for fabric, stay tape, optional: top stitching thread.

Skill Level: Suitable for beginners.

Seam allowances are included in the pattern.
