How to Use

1. Adjust the seat height so handles align with mid-chest (pec fly) or shoulder line (reverse delt).
2. Select grip: top handle for posterior delt/shoulder; bottom handle for pec squeeze.
3. Load plates evenly on the 50mm posts and secure with collars.
4. Move through a full, controlled range, focusing on deep stretch and strong contraction.

Tip: Use unilateral sets to correct imbalances; finish with bilateral drop sets for volume.
