Suggested Use
Adults and adolescents ages 14 and older: 1 capsule, 1-2 times per day.
Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve the symptoms associated with upper respiratory tract infections and catarrhal conditions.

CAUTIONS
Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking blood thinners or fish oil, have a medical condition such as diabetes, skin disorders, or if you develop persistent gastric or abdominal distress.  Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking protease inhibitors.  Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or prior to surgery.  Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
Store in a dry place at 25°C or below, away from light. Do not use if the seal is broken.
