Recommended Dose
Adults: Take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) 1-2 times per day.May be taken with or without food. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before use.

Storage
Refrigerate after opening. Store away from children. Consume within six (6) months after opening.
