But Not Today is an olfactory obsession born from the cinematic world of Hannibal. Filippo Sorcinelli explores the duality of love and fear, inspired by the intense relationship between Hannibal Lecter and Clarice Starling in the setting of Florence.

The fragrance opens with a startling, metallic coldness evoking the edge of a blade before descending into a visceral, animalic warmth.
