Comes with 1 set of same key and cylinder for top case. This allows the same key to be used when attaching the top and side. *For PL/PLR pannier holder only (sold separately). It cannot be attached to other pannier holders such as PL-CAM, PLX/PLXR, PLO, TE, etc. *The locking method for the holder is different from other cases.
