Our original, award winning gin, now goes one step further. After several months in Hungarian Oak barrels and then rested for a year in stainless, this soft gin, distilled using an international assortment of juniper berries from Nova Scotia, the Northwest Territories, Bulgaria and Tuscany, has a lovely additional nuance of the wood tannins. A winner of the Silver level at the 2018 Canadian Artisan Craft Spirit awards, our aged Gin brought home a Gold level "Best of Class" in 2019 at the same competition.  The judges were very complimentary: "...gin and oak share the stage nicely." - "...a fine example of an aged gin", "....clean, fresh, very tasty."
