Friso® Gold Mum milk powder has low glycemic index – The glycaemic index (GI) is a rating system for foods containing carbohydrates. It shows how quickly food affects your blood sugar (glucose) level when eaten on its own. The low glycemic index (GI) could help the mother avoid being overweight during pregnancy.

Directions For Use:

• Mix 4 scoops of powder in 180ml of boiled water (<40°C).
• Boiled water must be cooled to below 40°C (lukewarm) before preparing milk formula.
• Recommended 1-2 servings per day.

Ingredients:
Whole milk powder (from cow's milk), skimmed milk powder (from cow's milk), inulin (chicory), maltodextrin, honey powder, choline bitartrate, magnesium carbonate, fish oil (tuna oil), sodium L-ascorbate, iron pyro phosphate, zinc sulphate, DL alpha-tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, manganese sulphate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamin hydrochloride, riboflavin, folic acid, retinyl acetate, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. Lactis HN019 (contains 1.46 x 10⁷ cfu/100g at time of manufacturing), phytomenadione, sodium selenite, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin, flavouring substances and emulsifier (soy lecithin INS 322) and antioxidant (mixed tocopherols concentrate (from soy)).

Cautions:

• Always put a dry and clean scoop inside the tin. 
• Close the tin tightly with its original plastic cap. 
• Store in a dry and cool place (below 25ºC). 
• Use the contents of this tin within 4 weeks after opening.
