Usage Instructions

Use 15 mL (about one capful) of PERIDEX rinse undiluted. Swish thoroughly in the mouth for 30 seconds, then spit out. Use twice daily — morning and evening after toothbrushing. Do not rinse with water or use other mouthwashes, eat, drink, or brush teeth for at least 30 minutes after rinsing, to allow maximum antiseptic effect.
