• This unit features a high-efficiency, high-output, VE Series design that allows you to create large batches of seared, grilled, sauteed, or simmered foods without the mess and inefficiency of stockpots and ranges.
• This unit's pan is made of stainless steel with a polished interior surface and coved corners for easy cleanout.
• Plus, it has embossed gallon markings on the sides for easy measuring. 
• The 9 kW flat firebar elements are mounted to the outside of the steel bottom plate for even heat distribution and a spring-assisted hinged stainless steel cover is included to help contain heat and steam.
• The lid can even stop in place for vented cooking and has a wrap-around cool-touch handle for safe use.
