The Hoya R72 is an infrared cutoff filter designed to pass only wavelengths above 740nm, for use with infrared film or infrared-converted digital cameras. This filter will not give you infrared effects on standard film: it will just give you a blank roll. You can try it on an unconverted digital camera- sensors loooove infrared- but exposures will be long.
