Direct replacement aluminium header tank expansion reservoir for Defender, Discovery and Range Rover. Designed and built in the UK to replace the original plastic item which is prone to splitting along the seam caused by heat cycling. This design eliminates the problem and also aids cooling. Manufactured from high grade corrosion resistant 2mm aluminium, laser cut, CNC folded and fully TIG welded by hand in house. Uses the original mounts and hose connections. CNC machined pipe connections for extra pipe security.
