Jasper is a nurturing stone that supports during times of stress and provides tranquility. It is known for balancing energies and aligning the chakras. Jasper promotes determination, courage, and perseverance.

How to Use: When you first get your stone, make sure you dedicate a few minutes introducing your energy and connect and welcome it into your life. 

1. Find a comfortable place, close your eyes and take 3 deep breathes with your stone in your left hand and right hand over the top.
2. Ask the stone if there is anything you need to know and it would like to tell you and see what comes to mind.
3. Welcome it and set an intention that resonates for you at the time. You can always reset your intention after you cleanse (see below).
4. You can keep by your bed, on your desk, in your pocket or as an ornament with a collection of other stones in a bowl on your coffee table. The energy of each stone will speak to you where it wants to be. 

How to Clean: As crystals are always working to move negative energies in your home, workplace or in your body itself, it will get full and needs to release everything. If you place your stone in a bowl of salt water and then place it in the light of a full or new moon for that evening will be a like a reset for it. If you don't have time or you want a quick clean, then place your stone in salt water is a great start.
