INTRODUCING TABLE TEA: HANDMADE SPARKLING TEA

From the team at T.I.N.A (This Is Not Alcohol), Table Tea is very good quality tea, and not much else.

Think table wine or table beer, but for tea.

What's in it: 

Qi Yun black tea - Affectionately referred to as an “amber” tea, from Nantou in Central Taiwan. Unlike most lower oxidation teas, Qi Yun is harvested in the cooler months.  We’ve introduced summer marigolds to the brew and added literally the tiniest amount of sugar (1 gram per 100ml). We've given it a slight sparkle, which lifts everything beautifully, accentuates the acidity and amplifies some fantastic aromatics.

Table tea is all about celebrating provenance, natural flavour and seasonality. It has some gentle black tea tannin which is complemented by florals and has a surprising natural sweetness. 

While T.I.N.A is here for your special occasions, and Table Tea is made for the every day - for those in between moments when you're commuting, working, or at the local coffee shop. 

Stripped right back, our latest drink has far fewer ingredients than in T.I.N.A, but the careful brewing process remains. It's made in small batches with the highest quality leaves and flowers, each meticulously managed.

T.I.N.A (This Is Not Alcohol) is proudly independent. Brewed on Wurundjeri Country from carefully sourced local and imported ingredients. 
Vegan friendly, ultra low sugar. Low levels of caffeine present.
