Carry it better. Build it stronger.
The Buck 110 is a classic knife—but its weight demands a sheath that’s as functional as it is beautiful. In this course, master craftsman George Cubic shows you how to design and build a custom pouch sheath that balances perfectly on your belt, offering both durability and comfort.
You’ll learn step by step how to cut, stitch, and assemble a sheath that can be worn at a 45-degree angle or horizontally. Along the way, George shares professional insights into welt construction, hardware placement, and finishing techniques that elevate your work from standard to exceptional.
Whether you’re a hobbyist or a professional maker, this project teaches universal skills you can apply to a wide range of knife sheath designs.
