3..   Disconnect plugs. The white/blue harnesses have an arm that will swing upward when the back of the plug is pushed in softly.

Sometimes owning a BMW doesn’t have to be expensive! This is a great example of our repair of an (E53) 2006 BMW X5 Navigation monitor. This part was brought to us for service by Henry from Los Angeles, CA. The screen has cosmetic imperfections as well as a fading of color and improper viewing angle caused as a result from a previous repair. This particular display issue is common and affects 2000+ 3 series (e46), 5-series (e39), 7-series (e38) and x5 (e53). . . Problems to be addressed: • Screen shows blotches and blemishes • Some bad Pixels / Fading • Physical impact damage to LCD . . After this service the device now functions 💯!!
