• Contact Time: Allow the product to remain on the surface for a minimum of 5 minutes to ensure effective sanitation.

Rinsing Guidelines

• Food Contact Surfaces: (e.g., chopping boards, prep benches, pots): Rinse with potable water after the 5-minute contact time and allow to drain.

• Non-Food Contact Surfaces: (e.g., floors, walls, door handles): No rinsing is required. Simply allow the surface to air dry.
