How to use the Chorizo grill dish:

1. First ignite sufficient charcoal or alcohol in the grill’s base. Alcohol used must be 100% proof to light successfully.
2. Once lit, place scored chorizo on top of the griller and cooked as required turning occasionally.
3. The chorizo pig grill is heat resistant and suitable for use at the dinner table. We recommend placing a wooden board or insulated mat underneath when using the chorizo grill around other diners.

The chorizo grill cooks the skin around the chorizo giving off a beautiful BBQ aroma.
