DESCRIPTION

The UPSEN U‑YK1860 is a heavy‑duty, crawler‑mounted 3‑deck vibrating screener engineered for high‑capacity production in demanding applications. Equipped with a 1.5 m³ feed hopper and a B1000 × 9000 mm belt feeder, it delivers a steady material flow to the 3YK1860 triple‑deck screen (1,800 × 6,000 mm), enabling simultaneous separation into up to four product sizes.

With a throughput of 100–350 t/h, the U‑YK1860 is ideal for quarrying, aggregates, sand & gravel, topsoil, and recycling operations. Its 93 kW (125 HP) Cummins diesel engine provides robust, fuel‑efficient power, while the crawler undercarriage ensures mobility across challenging terrain.
