Laughing Goat Gardens' Wool Pellets are a natural soil amendment for your garden. The wool pellets' primary benefit is that they hold the moisture in your garden soil reducing the need for frequent watering. Wool pellets can be used directly in the ground, in raised bed gardens, in potted plants, in container plants and with indoor plants. Wool pellets contain natural nutrients that feed your garden's soil as they decompose building a healthier soil ecosystem which will grow healthier plants for you. Wool pellets expand when moistened meaning that they will aerate your soil allowing better airflow to the roots of your plants. Wool pellets can be used as a mulch as well to block the sunlight and wind from directly hitting your garden soil causing damage and drying it out. Our wool is sourced from Navajo Nation shepherds.
